Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for AlgoGuru (operated by [Legal entity name], "we", "us"). It applies to wallet top-ups and subscription plans purchased on algoguru.co.in.
1. Subscriptions
- Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual) via Razorpay.
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from Subscriptions in your account. On cancellation you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for; the plan is not renewed thereafter.
- Subscription fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, as access to the software is provided immediately and continuously.
- If you upgrade mid-cycle, the unused value of your current plan is credited to your wallet on a pro-rata basis and applied toward the new plan.
2. Wallet top-ups
- Wallet credits are prepaid amounts used to fund usage-based features. Top-ups are added to your wallet immediately on successful payment.
- Wallet credits are non-transferable and can be used only within your AlgoGuru account.
- Unused wallet credit may be refunded to the original payment method on written request, less any amounts already consumed and any applicable payment-gateway charges, at our discretion.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@algoguru.co.in from your registered email address with your name, registered email and the payment/transaction ID. Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is debited but your wallet or subscription is not updated, or if you are charged more than once for the same transaction, contact us with the transaction details. Verified failed or duplicate charges are refunded in full.
5. No refund for losses
AlgoGuru provides software tools for building, backtesting and deploying trading strategies. It does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee any trading outcome. Trading and investment losses are not eligible for any refund. Trading in securities and derivatives carries significant risk of loss.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies to purchases made while it is in effect.
