AlgoGuru is a software platform that lets you build, backtest and deploy algorithmic trading strategies for Indian and crypto markets. Strategy authoring and account management run on our website; backtesting and live order execution run in the desktop application on your own computer, using broker API credentials that you provide and that remain on your machine.
You agree not to misuse the service, including: reverse-engineering or disrupting the platform, attempting unauthorised access, using it for unlawful purposes, or reselling access without permission.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription and/or wallet credits. Pricing is shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Billing, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Trading and investing in securities, derivatives (F&O) and crypto-assets carry a high degree of risk and may result in the loss of your entire capital. Backtested or simulated results are hypothetical, do not represent actual trading, and are no guarantee of future performance. You should trade only with capital you can afford to lose.
The platform integrates with third-party brokers and payment providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or actions of those third parties. Your use of a broker is governed by your agreement with that broker.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoGuru and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City, State].
